Dear patients

Thank you for your understanding in this remarkable time we are living in.

Following a short period of closure, we have a few options for you in regard to treatment.

PLEASE NOTE: NSW Health has recommended all practitioners and patients wear masks if 1.5m distancing is not possible.

Please supply your own face mask when you attend treatment

We are reopening with limited staff this week (Wednesday 15 April). Initially there will be one practitioner per day available and gradually more will return depending on maintaining our status as an essential service and ensuring the safety of all in the clinic. For the time being Laura, our acupuncturist will not be available, we will let you know when she is back on board.

If you are comfortable in coming into the clinic we are continuing with COVID-19 cleaning protocols and social distancing. This includes:

  • Disinfection of treatment benches between patients
  • New linen for each patient
  • Cleaning of common surfaces including door handles
  • Staggering of patient appointments to maintain social distancing
  • Extra seating on the porch to separate those waiting for their appointment time
  • Removal of all magazines and toys from the waiting room
  • Paper towels in the bathroom
  • Hand hygiene as per Department of Health regulations
  • Use of masks

While we endeavour to have your usual practitioner available to see or call you, we cannot guarantee that they will be working during their usual hours for the foreseeable future. If you need help with an acute condition we encourage you address it quickly and not wait, potentially for a couple of weeks, until your ‘normal’ practitioner becomes available.

If you would prefer not to come into the clinic but still need some support please call us 9713 8987 or email us at We are more than happy to have a chat and answer your questions.

If you would like a Telehealth consultation, we can also do that for you. We have a 15 minute consultation and 30 minute consultation available. Obviously as a hands-on profession Telehealth is an odd concept. The benefit of talking to us first about a health concern is that we know you. We have felt what your body does under stress and we also have experience and education to bring to the mix. Contact the clinic and one of our practitioners can help you via phone or video.

We hope you are staying safe and healthy.
